Strategic Objectives

Six pillars, one mission.

ODKHC's work is organised around six strategic objective areas — each designed to move underprivileged communities from vulnerability toward sustainable, dignified self-reliance.

Objective 01

Education & Scientific Advancement

Non-profit primary, secondary and technical schools through to universities and research institutions — including the proposed Oling Dawn Kerjew Scientific Research University.

Objective 02

Healthcare & Medical Services

Non-profit health centres, clinics and hospitals offering free medical care to the needy, including dedicated World Females' Hospitals for women and girls.

Objective 03

Women & Girls Empowerment

Skills training, leadership development and economic empowerment for women and girls, including non-profit World Females' Universities offering sustainable higher education.

Objective 04

Sustainable Development Institutions

Non-profit banks, factories, manufacturing and assembly plants, and female-focused development projects rooted in community-driven, sustainable learning systems.

Objective 05

Peace, Leadership & Global Cooperation

World Pacifism Universities dedicated to peace education and conflict resolution, alongside leadership training and workshops for community leaders and change agents.

Objective 06

Economic Development & National Support

Job creation, mechanised agriculture, industrialisation and ICT development supporting Uganda's national goals — including participation in AfCFTA regional integration.
