This is an institution that was founded to develop a comprehensive non-profit Humanitarian and Charities literacy programs through construction of non-profit  primary schools, secondary schools, technical schools, academies etc. and scientific research universities and institutions, including but not limited to Oling Dawn Kerjew Scientific  Research  University-with special faculties, that will instill knowledge  into the needy children in general, and the needy children of Uganda security personnel in particular, such as children of Uganda People’s Defense Forces, Uganda Police Forces and Prisons wardens and needy children of any other Uganda security institutions, thus equipping the future generation with essential scientific knowledge and technological skills, advanced contemporary scientific research skills and therefore enhancing their access to knowledge based scientific information, advanced sustainable education in general and sustainable higher education in particular, and forthwith enhance their economic opportunities.

We also run on a series of other objectives like building all forms of non-profit sustainable development contemporary institutions, non-profit Banks, non-profit manufactures and non-profit factories, non-profit assembly plants, non-profit females sustainable development projects, schools, community-based organizations, and other forms of non-profit nongovernmental organizations, in furtherance of advancing contemporary sustainable development, sustainable education and learning, and to promote sustainable contemporary knowledge in general.

To manage its affiliated non-profit humanitarian and charities institutions, workshops and organizations, through signing of various Memoranda of Understandings.

To establish, run, promote and make non-profit investments, in health institutions such as; Health Centers, Clinics, Hospitals etc, that will be dedicated to provision of available Medical Care to the Needy Peoples in general, and to the needy members of the Uganda Security Personnel and their immediate families, at a free cost.

To build and invest in World Females’ Hospitals, which will provide free available medical care and attention, to all females without racial discrimination and without prejudice.

To establish and run non-profit World Females’ Universities, with the aim of providing available sustainable higher education to underprivileged females in general, without racial discrimination and without discrimination nor prejudice.

To establish and run non-profit World Pacifism Universities, dedicated to providing World Pacifism Education to peacemakers worldwide and in cooperation with Uganda Government and any other world governments, United Nations Member Countries, and all peacemakers and peace-making organizations and institutions worldwide.
